T. Martin Ringer

Martin has over 25 years of experience in management, coaching, leadership and adventure therapy in both the public and non-profit sectors. He has taught group dynamics at university level for 15 years and  leads training groups and consulting projects in many countries on all continents of the world. He is a developer and leader of renowned adventure therapy programs in Australia and New Zealand. Martin has delivered dozens of keynote presentations and workshops at major world conferences on group leadership, group dynamics, organizational culture and experiential learning. He is the editor of numerous issues in international journals and himself the author of many articles and books both internationally and in Australia. His work in adventure therapy is also notable: he has developed and implemented precedent-setting programs and research for the integration of Maori Indigenous people.

His best-known book is 'Group Action: The Dynamics of Groups in Therapeutic, Educational and Corporate Settings' (Jessica Kingsley Publishers), published in 2008.
