Iwona Sołtysińska

Iwona is an experienced Organizational Psychologist and Senior Consultant specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, role consultancy and organizational culture transformation. With over 20 years of international experience, she has worked with clients across Europe, including executive teams and senior leaders in Sweden, Germany, UK, USA, and Canada.

As Director of Development at the Jagiellonian University Extension for two decades, she spearheaded high-impact programs for trainers, facilitators, and executive coaches, shaping the next generation of leadership and organizational development experts. She continues to teach at the School of Thinking at Vrije Universiteit Brussels, preparing future leaders to think systemically and act beyond paradigms.

She is a PCC-certified coach (ICF), a Group Relations Conference director and consultant (France, Sweden, the UK, Ireland, Poland, and Lithuania), focusing on group dynamics, leadership under pressure, and systemic-psychodynamic approach.

Her client portfolio includes leading global and national organizations such as ABB, Deloitte, Bahlsen, Tenneco, Philip Morris, IKEA, Puratos, Pliva, Maspex, Orlen, Eurobank, HBO, Leroy Merlin, and Axel Springer, among many others – spanning manufacturing, retail, energy, finance, media, IT and higher education.

Iwona is affiliated with the Hanna Segal Institute for Psychoanalytic Studies, Organization for Promoting Understanding of Society (OPUS) and the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations (ISPSO).
