Sonali Bhattacharya

Sonali is a Career & Leadership Development Coach based in Singapore. Her coaching training is rooted in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic concepts, giving her a deep understanding of how minds work and the barriers that may prevent people from moving forward or becoming the individuals they aspire to be. Her work in Group Relations, grounded in the Tavistock tradition, deepens her ability to understand unconscious group dynamics, facilitate team processes, and foster collaborative environments. Prior to her coaching career, Sonali worked as an Electrical Engineer, Addiction Counsellor, and Human Resource Consultant, giving her a unique cross-disciplinary perspective on leadership and human development. She is also a member of OPUS (Organisation for Promoting Understanding of Society, London), the A.K. Rice Institute for the Study of Social Systems (USA), and the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations (ISPSO).
